Refund Policy

$99 Fix / Migration. A refund can be requested before substantive remediation work begins. Once a repository-specific patch, PR or equivalent remediation artifact has been delivered, the service is considered performed. If the delivered artifact is technically defective relative to the agreed scope, ExtensionOps will first correct it; if correction is not reasonably possible, a refund may be issued.

Pro subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled for future billing at any time. Unless required by law, completed billing periods are not prorated.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.
